Max Workouts: Week01 Day 02 (Tuesday)

LEVEL I - Cardio AA

So I tried rounds of this today on my bike on the biking trail .... What I found out is I have a LOT to work on.
I barely went much of the trail and 4 months+ ago I could go much further at a moderate pace before getting really tired.  But today? It's pretty much a fail since I couldn't really follow the high/low intensity suggestions. Probably only made it 1/3 of it and that's only a couple of minutes ;;;

But yeah I do realize from this my stamina has gone down a heck lot (mainly due to lazying around being sluggish).  Got to work really hard to keep up to what I have planned*sigh*
Still at least I sort of know where I am at so it'll let me know how to adjust things accordingly and build up slowly.
