Max Workouts: Week01 Day 01 (Monday)

LEVEL I - 1-A

... I basically skipped day 1 since I ended up falling asleep on the couch (eventually moving to the bed).
So that didn't go too well ;;; Instead I did some planning and made table, charts + references that were easy to keep track of for my workout program -____-
